Are you looking for a way to get exposure and traffic to your website? I am looking for a few good men and women to be contributing authors at Taber’s Truths. I am looking for people who have experience or expertise in the following categories.

Requirements for contributing authors
- Willing to post at least 1 article per week.
- Ability to write in English with good grammar.
- Willingness to learn on page search engine optimization.
- Willingness to respond to comments made to your posts and to promote your posts with your Facebook fans and twitter followers.
- Knowledge of your subject matter.
- Must be an Evangelical Christian with an understanding of the grace and mercy of God. This website tries to stay in the radical middle. Legalism and Liberalism are on opposite ends of the spectrum and we try to be right in the middle.
Compensation for contributing authors.
Currently I am unable to offer financial compensation. This project, just like when I was a church planter requires lot’s of work and little payment but I can offer you 3 things immediately.
- Exposure. Your blog posts will be on the home page and in the site wide related posts and recent posts sections. You will also have your own category that will be on all pages and posts.
- You will be able to include 1 link per post to your home page, and links to all your social networking profiles.
- Treasures in heaven. The most important thing about this opportunity is to touch people with the grace and mercy of God.
Compensation in the future for contributing authors.
I am fully aware of the fact that the laborer is worthy of their hire. I am one of those oxen that God says not to muzzle. So I am totally willing to compensate contributing authors when the website gets to the point that it is able to do so without hindering future growth. With that in mind, I am looking at starting financial compensation for contributing authors when the website grows to the point where it is getting 200,000 page views per month. Currently I am at 100,000 page views a month so I am expecting to hit 200,000 within the next year. The compensation plan will go something like this.
It will be a 70/30 split. 70% of the revenue generated by the contributing authors posts will go to the contributing author. 30% will go to the website to pay for hosting, bandwidth, promotions, and advertising for advertisers.
This means that if your blog post generates 1000 page views per month, then you will receive 70% of that revenue for 1000 page views. Currently the website averages between $6.00 and $9.00 per 1000 So if your post gets 1000 page views per month, then you would earn between $4.20 and $5.60 per month. Now you will never get rich this way but neither am I. But at least you will earn something. So if you are willing to build with me, you will get rewarded.
