Today is the perfect day to give you the Bible verse to trust in the Lord. Not because it is a bad day, or a day filled with trials, but because it is a good day. For me, when things are rough is when I am forced to trust in the Lord, but when things are good then I soon forget to trust God and instead start trusting in my own strength, my own power, my own intellect. So for me, today is a good day to share with you the Bible verse to trust in the Lord.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
To Trust In the Lord is not Done Just With Our Head.
It can’t be accomplished with head knowledge. It has to come from the heart. The only way you can do that is to have a personal relationship with Jesus. You cannot lean on your own understanding or your own intellect or ability to solve a problem or conquer life alone. You must put your trust in Jesus. For me that is easier when it is obvious that I cannot handle a problem, but when things are going good, then it becomes easy to trust in my own abilities.
When we trust in the Lord, then we give up ownership of our life and our destiny.
Our life is no longer our own. That is what it means to acknowledge Him. It means to continually acknowledge that He is in control. However that is not a bad thing. God knows everything, sees everything, controls everything and when we know that He loves us so much that He was willing to send Jesus to this earth to die on the cross for us, then we can trust that our future is in good hands. Better hands than our own.
So today’s Bible verse is for all of you that are like me. Tempted to take control of your own life and destiny, rather than trusting in the Lord.

I am a software professional in India who has strong belief in the lord but spend most of my time in solving problems myself.I have not taught of dedicating my professional problems to God.But after reading your post i feel that i was doing the wrong thing.It really touched me and i think god wants me to the ownership to him and he has made me understand that by your post.

For may years i had no faith in the Lord. I did not even go to church on sunday’s. I got Married in 15 th dec 2005 and was 8 months
pregnant and on 26th december 2006 my life changed.As a regular check up i went to the hospital to take a scan when the doctors said that my baby had diaphragm hernia ( a hole in the diaphragm) and if the baby was born it would die.It was the first time in my life that i taught of the lord and started to pray for my baby to be born safely without any problem. for 2 months I prayed with all my trust and on 10th feb 2007 a boy baby was born for me with good health. From then onwards my faith in the lord has increased and will increase more.My son’s name is Daniel and he is a living testimony of what miracles the lord can do for us.

Well before I started google dancing due to the platform switch from blogger to wordpress, I ranked for both Trust in the Lord @ #6 and Today’s Bible Verse.
What I am stumped about is why I can’t rank further for Bible Verses About Strength 
I have outlinked the #1 spot, switched platforms, and did as much as I understand about onpage SEO for a newbie. Yet I can’t seem to bump them. My only thought is that I am dealing with a new website limitation since it is only 6 months old. Thanks though for the suggestion.
