Pastor Duke Taber is the pastor of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Pine Haven Wyoming. He accepted the call to pastor that church in July of 2010. Previously he has been the pastor of Grace Foursquare Church in Ely Nevada, Pioche Foursquare Church in Pioche Nevada, and Hosanna Foursquare Church in Gresham Oregon. He has had over 20 years of practical ministry experience both in the church and in the real world. He has ministered in Baptist Churches, Pentecostal Churches and Mainline Churches. He was the Secretary/Treasurer of the White Pine County Ministerial Association.
Pastor Duke is an alumnus of Multnomah Biblical Seminary and L.I.F.E. Bible College now called Pacific Life University. This gives him a broad view of Christianity and biblical doctrine which allows him to find common ground with a wide spectrum of the Christian faith. As he puts it, “I am on a quest for the radical middle”.
Pastor Duke is the father of 3 children whom he raised in their teenage years as a single parent. His oldest son James, helps him in his ministry in Pine Haven. This gives him the unique perspective of what it is like to raise good kids as a single parent. Pastor Duke has not been immune to the tragedies of life that many people go through. He has had to deal with the failure of a marriage and the subsequent pain and stigmatization that follows a divorced Christian. Dealing with those things has given Pastor Duke the unique ability to speak into the hearts and lives of the thousands of other believers that have had to walk through painful situations like divorce.

Pastor Duke has recently become a published columnist in the Moorcroft Wyoming Leader.
